Refunds will only be available (up to 90 days after purchase date) to students where course assessment has not been attempted.

Refunds will be granted if the student is unable to properly access the course content.

No refunds will be available where students have attempted assessment or the student is unable to meet the required Workplace Assignment or Third Party Report requirements.

Update 19 March 2020 COVID-19.  We understand that some students who have commenced the course may have temporary difficulties to access the required workplace to complete required practical skills activities.  If you are in this situation we will always extend your enrolment for a reasonable period after the situation returned to normal, regardless of when you enrolled.  Should your chosen unit be superceded we will also transition you the latest unit at no cost to you.   In the meantime, we are investigating alternative approaches to assist you in other ways.

Requests for refunds relating to other matters will be considered in a fair and reasonable manner by Food Safety Australia.

Refunds apply to 100% of the course fee only and refund requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable). Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds requested later than 28 days from enrolment, but no more than 90 days from enrolment will incur a $20 processing fee.
