Refunds shall be granted under the following circumstances:

1. The student is dis-satisfied with the course content or the student is unable to properly access the course content
   And
2. The student has not yet attempted any of the course assessment

Refunds apply to 100% of the course fee only and refund requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable).Refunds must be requested within 30 days of enrolment. Refunds requested later than 30 days will incur a $20 processing fee.
