Foodservice Awards for 2010

The second year of the Foodservice Suppliers Association Australia National Awards of Excellence has announced St George Smallgoods as the National Foodservice Distributor of the Year award.

The ceremony was held in Sydney recently and more than 320 people, including many of the industry’s leaders, attended.

The awards were designed to recognise and encourage exceptional service of both companies and individuals.

Food Supplier for the Year for 2010 was Inghams Foodservice, and The Chairman’s Award for Special Achievement was presented to one of the most respected chefs in the hospitality industry in Australia, George Hill.

  8. Innovation of the Year – FSM
  9. NSW Metro Foodservice Distributor of the Year – St George Smallgoods
  10. NSW Regional Foodservice Distributor of the Year (incorporating ACT) – Bidvest Canberra
  11. Vic Metro Foodservice Distributor of the Year – Arctic Food Wholesalers
  12. Vic Regional Foodservice Distributor of the Year – Cadell Trading
  13. Qld Metro Foodservice Distributor of the Year – Bidvest Brisbane
  14. Qld Regional Foodservice Distributor of the Year – Bidvest Gold Coast
  15. SA Metro Foodservice Distributor of the Year – Galipo Food Company
  16. SA Regional Foodservice Distributor of the Year (incorporating NT) – Asian United Food Service
  17. WA Metro Foodservice Distributor of the Year – Sealanes
  18. WA Regional Foodservice Distributor of the Year – Craven Foods
  19. Tasmania Foodservice Distributor of the Year – PFD Launceston
